Jodie M. Goter, MA, LPC
Ms. Goter is the Executive Director and co-owner of the Perklen Center for Psychotherapy. She achieved a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Leslie College, now known as Leslie University. Ms. Goter is a Licensed Professional Counselor with the State of Colorado. She has met the requirements to be listed with the State of Colorado as an approved treatment provider, evaluator and supervisor for the Sex Offender Management Board. Her specialties include working with clients who are developmentally delayed and those with chronic mental illness. She has also extensively worked with troubled youth throughout the Northern Colorado area.

Aubrie Hendryx, MA, LPC, Graduate of University of Northern Colorado
Ms. Hendryx is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Perklen Center. She achieved a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. She is also an approved treatment provider and evaluator for the Sex Offender Management Board. Her passion includes working with the LGBTQ+ community and helping them find a safe place in their world.

Holly Sperling, MA, LPC, Graduate of University of Northern Colorado
Ms. Sperling is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with Perklen Center. She achieved a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. She is also an approved treatment provider and evaluator for the Sex Offender Management Board. She enjoys working with young adult males and has a knack for empowering growth in women.

Lauren Schroeder, MA, LPCC, Graduate of Lewis University
Ms. Schroeder is a new therapist with Perklen Center. She achieved her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling from Lewis University. She is awaiting approval from the State of Colorado to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and as a treatment provider for the Sex Offender Management Board. She has a history of working with youth and behavioral management experience.

Tessa Galbreath, MA Intern, University of Northern Colorado
Ms. Galbreath is our newest addition to the Perklen team. She is currently working through her last semester of her Masters Degree through University of Northern Colorado. She comes with an extensive history with juveniles and behavioral management experience. 


Jennifer Mann, Office Manager
Ms. Mann is the Office Manager at Perklen Center and she is the "glue" that holds Perklen together. She has an Associates degree in Applied Sciences and has extensive administrative skills. She is the smiling face who greets our guests and works with each one to get scheduled and manage their account with Perklen.
Perklen Center also has a rotating crew of active and engaged interns from colleges, such as the University of Northern Colorado, Adams State University, Regis University and others. It is Perklen Center's goal to help these interns learn how to be present and engaged with individuals seeking services, as well as to challenge them in areas of growth and reinforce their areas of strength.
